Huen Jao Ban Hotel

The staff was very courteous and everything appeared clean. Trash was taken out, toilet paper rolls, and 2 bottle of water were given daily without request.

One 1 key card was provided. There were charges for washing for any stained blankets and replacement charges for damaged blankets. You had to request for new towels. Not sure if this is all hotels, but there was a sewage smell from the shower.

Passable

No English spokenNo breakfast available, meals are uncovenient

Big and clean room and comfortable bed. Nice swimming pool.

They say they have coffee shop and restaurant but they don't. Staff not very friendly or helpful.

Nice location, big room and comfortable bed. Nice swimming pool.

Staff not helpful at all. They say they have restaurant and coffee shop but they don't, that's not good at all.

Pool and staff

No food available..isolated location

The price was cheap but not worth it.

If you want to be close to the action, do not stay here. What you save in accommodation costs you will spend on getting transport to anywhere you want to go. The hotel is quite isolated and can't really walk to shops etc. The staff were not very helpful. Everything was a bit tired including broken pool chairs. No food available at hotel except for bags of crisps. The view from some rooms was on to a dusty building site.

Clean and Nice rooms. Good bed

You cant buy anything there. Must order food online

Clean, quite nighber hood

Far from services

It was clean. The beds were a good size and comfortable.

When checking in the front desk staff were surly and unhelpful. There was no coffee, milk, or sugar in the room to make drinks.I am not a great sleeper and frequently like a drink during the night. There are no food facilities in the hotelSome soft drinks and snack are for sale from reception, which lends itself to the hotel being run down and tacky.

The pool was very nice and the people very friendly. Room was clean.

The air conditioning was broken, it took forever to cool down and it made very loud cracking sounds. It was impossible to sleep. There were also planes starting and landing near by.

Cleansing and very good response time.

If you don't have a view on the pool, ask to make sure as we had a view on a construction team building another complex.

Poor

Bed is very bad. Like your laying on stone. Very noisy, you can hear people snoring trough the wall, airplanes etc.

Price. Parking

Shower not clean and didnt drain. Construction next door.

Choose this place as it’s close to the places i wanted to explore

overall cleanliness ok, some dust at corners & closet. Ants lingering at the sliding door of balcony

the pool was really good, the hotel was quiet and the staffs nice and helpful.

it’s about 20 minutes by motorbike or car away from the city entrance and you have to pay extra for the transport or miss the vibe of the city at night.

Nice staff, clean room, good water pressure/temperature, reasonable price

Location was out of the way for most things

I like the balcony and the large fridge in the room.

Hallway noises coming through the walls and the doors has to be shut really hard to get it to shut properly.

Reception was nice and helpful including with directions for food delivery to find location. Cleaners was nice also.

Had 2 yr old son who had to sleep in the middle and hotel put joint two single beds together with the middle with hard hump. Toilet and floor was dirty with urine still stain from last customers.

Very cheap to stay here, a little out of the town but if you have you’re own transport it isn’t bad. Grab Taxi quite cheap to Nimmanhaemin Road, which has some great bars and restaurants. Had a pool which looked clean but I didn’t use.

Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest, the rest of the room was clean. Also, the air-con was slow so if you wanna cool down fast, jump in the shower.

Very kind and professional workers on reception, thank you!
